Join us for a no-obligation chat about your dream home. We suggest meeting in one of our display homes, where we can showcase innovative designs and solidify your vision into a detailed plan for our design and estimating teams.

Step 2. Budget Planning
Your custom home needs a solid financial plan. We’re committed to transparency, ensuring your design aligns with your budget. Our preliminary budget includes all aspects, even those easily overlooked, like site works and possible demolition fees. We aim for clarity, presenting you with a comprehensive financial picture.
Step 3. Tailored Home Design
Custom homes start with a thoughtful home design. Our designers transform your ideas into initial floor plans and 3D renders of the home exterior, refining every detail until it resonates perfectly with your lifestyle. Once you’re thrilled with the design, we draft the official plans for council submission.
Step 4. Finalising Plans & Contract
With your design finalised, we get down to the business end. We provide you with a detailed quote, planning applications, and draw up the necessary contracts. We ensure you understand every aspect, from detailed construction plans to our contracts’ legal and quality assurances and addenda.
Step 5. Pre-start Selections
Now it’s time for the fun part! Together with our interior designer, you’ll choose finishes and colours, and personalise every corner of your home. Our pre-start consultant will guide you through final selections, ensuring your home reflects your unique style.
Step 6. Construction Phase
Throughout the building process, our client liaison keeps you informed while our trusted tradespeople and suppliers ensure top-quality construction. We take pride in our work, ensuring every step is a step toward excellence.
Step 7. Handover & Maintenance
Pop the champagne! We hand over the keys to your stunning new home, conducting a final inspection to guarantee everything meets your high standards. Post-handover, we provide a 6-month maintenance period, ensuring your home settles in just right.
