The design ethos behind The Hamelin is rooted in the understanding that every family is unique. With four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a two-car garage, The Hamelin is tailored for modern living. It offers a versatile living space that’s perfect for guests or multi-generational families.

The ground floor houses a self-contained wing featuring a study, guest bedroom with walk-in robe (WIR), ensuite, and direct access to a private courtyard. This space offers privacy and luxury and is ideal for guests, older children, multi-generational or blended families.

As you step further into The Hamelin, the living area unfolds into a stunning expanse designed for entertainment and relaxation. Integrated bifold doors merge indoor luxury with nature’s serenity, creating an alfresco area that promises year-round enjoyment.

With its clean lines and subtle palette, the kitchen features a scullery equipped with a double sink, fridge recess, and an appliance cupboard, ensuring that entertaining is both stylish and seamless.

Lavish details and finishes

skylights

The Hamelin is adorned with luxurious finishes that elevate the living experience. Skylights infuse the home with natural light, while built-in cabinetry and feature lighting add elegance. The kitchen boasts double ovens and expansive benchtops, making it a chef’s delight. Every detail, from the flooring to the fittings, reflects Stannard Homes’ commitment to quality and craftsmanship.

In selecting finishes and the colour palette, our goal was to ensure a seamless flow from the moment you step inside. Drawing inspiration from the exterior’s blend of Hamptons and Federation styles, a collection of timeless finishes were pulled together. Beautiful parquetry tiles are featured throughout the ground floor, complemented with timber and white cabinetry to evoke a Modern Farmhouse feel. Our aim was to create a space that transcends trends, allowing every visitor to envision themselves living here effortlessly.

A private retreat upstairs

The second floor of The Hamelin is a family sanctuary. It features an expansive study nook, a home theatre for movie nights, and three spacious bedrooms.
The master bedroom ensuite, with its raking ceiling and skylights with retractable blinds, is a study in luxury, complete with a freestanding bath, double sink vanity, and a shower, sets a new standard for opulence.

Mastering the art of small-block living

The Hamelin is a testament to what can be achieved on a smaller block through thoughtful design and innovative use of space. It showcases how luxury living can be attained without the vast space, making it a perfect fit for the urban dweller seeking a sanctuary amidst the hustle and bustle.

Every detail was meticulously considered to maximise the sense of space on a small block, from the beautiful neutral tones to the furniture selection and positioning of the skylights. The Hamelin exudes a light, airy ambiance and feels remarkably spacious and generous in its proportions.
